Please complete and submit this short verification form to receive your Airbnb grant for up to $500 for weatherization upgrades and $2,000 for a heat pump installation. You will need your Host ID and a picture of your signed invoice.

• For weatherization upgrades: You only need to submit an invoice for weatherization if you did not work with Homeworks, Revise Energy, NEEECO or American Installations for your upgrades. If you did work with one of the Home Performance Contractors listed above, you don’t need to do anything. Abode will verify and process your grant directly with Airbnb.
• For heat pump upgrades: All Hosts need to submit their signed heat pump invoice using the form below, no matter which contractor you worked with for the installation.
