Please see the below for updates on the recently approved HEA pricing for HPCs. This update is for Abode and Clearesult HPCs.
The PAs agreed to the following price increase for HPCs. The price increase is effective immediately and will be backdated to January 1, 2022, for projects installed in 2022 that meet the guidelines below.
We will make the below updates in WFA, process manual payments, and update the Quarterly Pay For Performance structure over the next week, but we wanted to make sure everyone is aware of these increases.
Approved HEA price increase:
- Audit fees increase from $175 to $225.
- Conversion fee for weatherization, $100 for invoiced installs, $1,000 or greater.
- Additional $75 for Priority Weatherization installs (rental units and moderate-income.
- Up to an additional $100 per job Quarterly Bonus, $100 per job max for jobs over $1000.

Audit fees increase from $175 to $225.

- This is an additional $25 on top of the recent $25 increase.
- Audit fee pricing will be effective in WFA on March 14th.
- Manual payment of $25 per HEA with an install date of 1/1/22 or greater marked closed complete.

Conversion fee for weatherization, $100 for invoiced installs, $1,000 or greater

- This is an additional $25 on top of the recent $75 conversion fee that was added.
- Adjusted minimum contract size from $400 to $1000
- Minimum job size of $400 will be honored for Wx projects marked closed complete from 01/01 – 03/13. $1,000 minimum will start 03/14
- Billable on completion
- HPC Performance Bonus Fee measure in WFA will be updated from $75 to $100 on March 14th.
- Manual payment of $25 per Wx project with an install date of 1/1/22 or greater marked closed complete.

- If the customer is in both categories, only one fee.
- Billable on completion
- No contract minimum. We will monitor the use on small jobs to ensure this is not abused.
- A new $75 measure called Priority Weatherization Completion Fee or similar will be active in WFA on March 14th.
- Manual payment of $75 per Renter or Moderate-Income Wx project with an install date of 1/1/22 or greater marked closed complete.

Up to an additional $100 per job Quarterly Bonus, $100 per job max for jobs over $1000.
