Hello HPCs,
National Gird has exceeded the expected volume for the summer gift card promotion and will end it at the end of July instead of August. National Grid and Eversource are now aligned with an end date of July 31 to sign a wx contract. For reference, a line on the flyer states *The first 500 customers to sign an agreement between June 1, 2023, and August 31, 2023, will receive a $100 gift card while funding lasts.
We will pull a final list of customers who have signed contracts in the system on August 3rd. Please make sure all signed contracts before August 1st are updated in the software so they are included in the list to be given gift cards.
Please ensure this is communicated to all your staff so everyone sets the correct customer expectations.
