I’m following up on the new WRAP form rollout and ensuring that everyone has switched over to the new form. All jobs completed on or after Feb 15th will be expected to have a new WRAP form completed, and this metric will go back into full force for the remaining quarter using the previous targets.
As a heads up, National Grid compliance team has requested that the submission rate be increased and wants to see better compliance. We are reevaluating the current bonus metrics and will send a revised version out before the end of the month for Q2.
