Notifying Customers of Other Mass Save Programs Available

Hello HPCs,

This is an import reminder that other Mass Save programs are available to customers beyond the Residential 1-4 unit buildings that we focus on. We hear from customers now and then who may be on a low-income rate code or live in a multifamily complex or high-rise or even building a new home or remodeling one and are told they do not qualify for Mass Save.

Please be sure to let customers know there are many other Mass Save services available if you cannot serve them yourself. They should be referred to either the Mass Save website or phone line 1-866-527-SAVE for further information.

I have included most of the programs below with links. Would you please ensure your staff is aware of these services, especially ones that are qualifying customers eligibility?
