Dear Stakeholders,
The PAs and LVs have decided to delay the planned May 20th launch of the Atlas™/Hancock system. The Technology and Lead Vendor teams have been hard at work on the upcoming launch. However, we are behind schedule on the User Acceptance testing (UAT) and, therefore, at risk of not being completed on time. We will reassess the work, monitor UAT progress, and announce an updated schedule shortly.
We will be sharing more information soon, and will be engaging with stakeholders, users, contractors, and clients throughout the process.
We look forward to providing these systems to enhance the program management and delivery of the Mass Save® Residential Coordinated Delivery program and welcome the partnership of all our clients and stakeholders.
