Please see the attached 2023 Heat Loan Packet and Intake Forms.
We will be ordering a limited number of Heat Loan Packets this week for each HPC. The number of packets per HPC will reflect 20% of the remaining HEAs you committed to complete for the rest of the year. For example: If the HPC has 750 HEAs remaining for the year we will send 150 packets. Preferably HPCs should be using the PDF copies attached.
