HPCs,

We have some big news to share and have attached a letter from CLEAResult announcing the transition from the current program software Uplight.

We look forward to working with you all on a successful transition and are excited for the end result.  As we move forward, there will be lots of communication, and we will set up calls to keep everyone updated along the way.  We will be gathering feedback and supporting all HPCs throughout the process.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to Justin or me.

CLEAResult is pleased to announce that in partnership with Hancock Software and Abode Energy Management, our Technology Team has been selected by National Grid as a new software provider for their Mass Save® Residential Coordinated Delivery program. The new software solution combines the robust and powerful CLEAResult ATLASTM platform and the easy-to-use Hancock solution and will replace all instances of the Workflow Automation (WFA) software by Uplight, who has made a strategic decision to decommission the WFA software and it will not be supported after mid-2024.

CLEAResult and Abode Energy Management are excited to be working in partnership to ensure a smooth transition to the AtlasTM/Hancock system. The systems will improve access to program data and will take advantage of the easy-to-use and fully integrated Hancock Cloud and mobile Intake/Energy modeling tool MINT, to efficiently deliver results to customers and contractors while performing customer visits. In addition, the AtlasTM/Hancock systems have a robust workflow management system that will enable smooth review, transition, and assignment of work. AtlasTM has been rolled out to multiple programs in the US and Canada while the Hancock system has a broad reach in the US including local New England Energy Efficiency programs. These systems are currently used by a diverse network of trade allies and lead vendors who have provided valuable input and insight to the products’ usability, intuitiveness, and success.

Our teams have kicked off this initiative in earnest and are busy creating the designs and plans for a start of Q2 2024 rollout. WFA will continue to be active for the completion of old projects until summer of 2024. We will be sharing more information as we move through the process, and will be engaging with stakeholders, users, contractors, and clients at the proper times. We must remain focused, within the decommissioning timeline provided, on our goal of providing an operational system to meet the program needs.

We look forward to providing these systems to enhance the program management and delivery of the Mass Save® Residential Coordinated Delivery program.
