We have some clarification on the minimum requirements for the Whole Building Incentive (WBI), along with a new form to be used when this or the renter incentive is used.
The main changes for the Whole Building Incentive
All Mass Save work over $500 in each unit is or will be completed.
A minimum of two units have weatherization work over $500
Now available for ALR+4 unit buildings, following the guidelines above for each building.
ALR units greater than four need prior approval.
